For families
We introduce caregivers in person, not on a webpage.
Out of respect for our caregivers and the families they serve, we introduce caregivers at your in-home consultation. We bring the person we think is the right match, walk you through their experience, and let you decide. If the match is not right, we re-match before any care begins.
Every caregiver carries
What sets our team apart
The standard we hold before day one.
01
Direct Service Provider
Every caregiver completes Ohio's DSP certification before working a shift. It was designed for behavioral support. We apply it across all of our care.
02
Background checked
Full criminal background verification before any introduction to a client home. Non-negotiable, every hire.
03
Bonded and insured
General liability, workers compensation, and a $20,000 dishonesty surety bond protect every family we serve.
04
CPR and First Aid current
Certifications kept current. Not completed at hire and forgotten. Every caregiver renews on schedule.
05
Home Health Aide trained
HHA certification covers personal care techniques, infection control, and client dignity. Required for the hands-on work we do.
06
Matched, not assigned
We introduce the caregiver we believe fits your loved one's personality and needs. Families meet before any care begins.
